How do I adjust my Coop pillow for the perfect fit?
Each pillow comes with a half-pound bag of extra fill. Simply unzip the inner liner and add or remove the memory foam and microfiber blend until you achieve your desired loft and firmness.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping within the contiguous United States usually arrives in 3-7 business days via UPS or FedEx.
What is the 100-night sleep trial?
We want you to love your sleep. You can test our products for 100 nights, and if you aren't completely satisfied, you can return them for a full refund—we even cover the return shipping costs.
Are your products GREENGUARD Gold and CertiPUR-US certified?
Yes, our foam is CertiPUR-US certified and our pillows are GREENGUARD Gold certified to ensure they meet strict standards for low chemical emissions and safety.
Can I wash my Coop Sleep Goods pillow?
Yes, the outer cover is machine washable. The inner liner containing the fill can also be washed on a delicate cycle, but must be dried thoroughly on low heat to prevent clumping.
